1. Technical Scope
By accessing the ScrapeHub platform (the "Infrastructure"), you agree to leverage our scraping protocols in compliance with international law and target site robots.txt limitations where applicable.
2. Credential Management
All API keys generated within the ScrapeHub dashboard are the sole responsibility of the account holder. Unauthorized distribution of access tokens may result in immediate cluster revocation.
3. Fair Usage Policy
While our infrastructure is designed for high-velocity extraction, we prohibit actions that involve malicious intent, including DDoS attacks masquerading as data indexing or scraping of sensitive personal data without consent.
4. Data Ownership
ScrapeHub claims no ownership over the data points extracted through our neural engine. You represent and warrant that you have the right to scrape the target data source.
